1. Services Provided

SW Cleaning Solutions offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, industrial, and specialised cleaning. All services are provided as per client agreements.

2. Booking and Payment

•Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. Once a booking is confirmed, clients are bound by the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

•Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations

•Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

•SW Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice given as soon as possible.

4. Liability

•SW Cleaning Solutions is insured for any damage to the client’s property caused by our staff during the service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items not secured properly.

•SW Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the client’s negligence.

5. Complaints

Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or re-clean, where deemed necessary.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bristol, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
